10th Annual Mesilla Valley Amateur Invitational
August 20-21, 2011
The NMSU Golf Course is pleased to announce that the 2011 Mesilla Valley Amateur will be held August 20th and 21st with a practice round available on August 19th.
There was a lot of talk about moving the tournament to the Spring but on course projects have prevented this from happening. The NMSU Golf Course has hired a new Superintendent and he is working on a number of projects designed to improve the aesthetics and overall turf conditions on the golf course. We are confident that with the opening of #17 green and the improved turf conditions, this years Mesilla Valley Amateur will be a great event.
